Kofo currently serves as Non-Executive Director of Sparkle, Microfinance Digital Bank, alongside other Fintech and PEVC Board positions. As Founder/CEO of Trigon Consulting, she leads strategic transformation initiatives for financial institutions, leveraging her extensive experience in operational excellence and business growth strategies.

Her expertise spans both market-facing and operational leadership, demonstrated through her recent role as Managing Director at Woven Finance, where she secured full regulatory licensing and grew transaction value tenfold within 12 months by establishing strategic partnerships and building robust operational infrastructure. Prior to this, at DPR Financial Technology (Finova), she successfully led cross-border operational integration of SaaS lending platforms, achieving 40% growth in online customer acquisition while maintaining regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

At FBNQUest Merchant Bank, Kofo held dual leadership roles as SVP and Head of Origination Investment and Corporate Banking. she successfully originated and executed transactions exceeding $1.5bn across investment banking products, while as VP, Head of Information Technology, she led a £1.5m digital transformation program across six banking business lines, establishing operational frameworks serving 700,000 + users.
