GENERAL INFORMATION

No, on-the-spot admissions will not be provided at the fair. While the event offers valuable information and guidance on the admission process, actual admissions into participating universities may not be granted on the spot. Students are encouraged ask to questions regarding application procedures and the admission requirements of their preferred institutions.

The ISAF 25 Exhibition is a public event open to all individuals interested in studying abroad and their parents. Parents and guardians are encouraged to accompany their wards, as there will be programs for secondary school leavers, current university and polytechnic students, graduates and Ph.D. candidates.

Please bring photocopies of all your educational qualifications, credentials, certificates, a copy of your international passport data page, passport photograph, CV, transcript, and reference letter (if available).

Scholarships will not be awarded on the day. However, information on where to find scholarships is readily available.

Yes, you will have the opportunity to speak directly with representatives of various international universities, technical schools and vocational training schools who will be present to address all your needs and inquiries.

Yes, you can! Whether you are in a university or polytechnic, you can explore the option to transfer to a top foreign institution and continue your education.

By attending the fair, you can gain first-hand information about affordable study options, consult with representatives of various international, receive visa counseling, discuss available funding options, accommodation facilities and travel arrangements.

No, registration for the Study Abroad Fair is absolutely free for all attendees, including students and parents.

While we recommend pre-registration to expedite the process, on-site registration will also be available at the fair.

CONFERENCE DELEGATES REGISTRATION

Registration for the Conference can be done through the official event website. Follow the registration instructions and provide the required information.

No, the ISAF 25 Conference offers complimentary access, yet attendance is strictly by invitation to ensure a premium experience.

On-site registration for the Conference will not be available, we strongly recommend pre-registration to secure your spot and streamline the process.

The ISAF Exhibition is an international education exhibition where institutions, organizations, and service providers from around the world showcase their programs, courses, and services to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.

The exhibition fair will run from Thursday, 20th February, to Friday, 21st February 2025, from 8 AM to 5 PM West African Time (WAT) each day.

We are expecting over 5,000 participants for the two-day exhibition event, making it an ideal platform to showcase your products and services as the demographic audience is readily available.

Yes, some exhibitor packages include the option to host workshops or presentations. Please inquire about these opportunities during the registration process.

Yes, the deadline for Exhibitor registration is 30th January.

Detailed instructions on booth setup will be provided after registration. Our team will be available to provide necessary support and ensure you have everything you need.

Our services encompass student placement into top boarding schools and universities, exchange programs for researcher, guardianship arrangements, career counselling, visa counselling and pre-departure briefing sessions.

We offer student visa counselling services, which include completing the visa application form, preparing the required visa supporting documents and scheduling the visa appointment for biometric registration and submission of visa documents.

When seeking counselling, please bring your academic transcripts, an academic reference letter from your most recent institution, a personal statement and your international passport data page.

Yes, we organise the International Study Abroad Fair annually and host various social media hangouts with school representatives throughout the year. Follow us on all our social media pages for updates.

PAYMENT

Payment to secure Exhibition booth can be made through bank transfers or Cashable Cheques.  An email with the payment details will be sent after booking spot. Please refer to the Exhibitor registration section on the website to book your spot.

Refund Policy for International Study Abroad Fair 2025:

30 days prior to the event date, participants would receive a refund of amount paid minus a 15% administrative charge.

29-15 days prior to the event, participant would receive a 50% refund of amount paid.

14 days or less before the event, participant would receive no refund

No refund would be given after the conclusion of the event.

In the event of visa refusal or other related circumstance, participants who require cancelation and refund would receive a full fee paid minus 15% Bank administrative charge & handling fee.
